Palak Egg Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Chopped Spinach- 2 ½ tbsp
  • Wheat flour- 1 ½ cup
  • Whisked Egg with salt- 1
  • Red chili powder- ½ tsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • Water
Instructions:
  • Knead a tight dough with spinach and seasoning like salt, red chili powder.
  • Roll out a paratha. Place the rolled paratha on a hot tawa, and let it cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides.
  • As the edges start to crisp, quickly make a slit using a sharp knife along the folds and pour in half the quantity of egg.
  • Tilt the paratha a little so that the egg mix slides in. Then flip it over and repeat the process on the other side.
  • Slice it diagonally and serve hot.
