Palak Egg Paratha Recipe

- Chopped Spinach- 2 ½ tbsp
- Wheat flour- 1 ½ cup
- Whisked Egg with salt- 1
- Red chili powder- ½ tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Water
Instructions:
- Knead a tight dough with spinach and seasoning like salt, red chili powder.
- Roll out a paratha. Place the rolled paratha on a hot tawa, and let it cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides.
- As the edges start to crisp, quickly make a slit using a sharp knife along the folds and pour in half the quantity of egg.
- Tilt the paratha a little so that the egg mix slides in. Then flip it over and repeat the process on the other side.
- Slice it diagonally and serve hot.
