How to make fresh cream at home:
- After the milk is boiled, let is sit aside for 30 mins or few hours in the fridge so that thick malai gets collected at the top. Carefully take the malai with a spoon and collect it in a clean container.
- Keep collecting the malai in the same container and refrigerate it.
- Just whisk it well and Your cream is ready to use as sandwich spread.

Ingredients:
- Bread Slices - 2
- Salt, Black Pepper, Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - To Taste
- Roundly Sliced - Tomato, Cucumber, Paneer
- Amul Butter/ Malai Spread
Instructions:
- Apply butter/malai spread on a bread slice.
- Place tomato, cucumber, paneer slices on bread. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, roasted cumin seeds powder according to yours taste.
- Cover it with other bread slice & cut it into desired shape.
- NOTE: You can make sandwich in the night & wrap it in cling foil. In the morning, just take out one sandwich & enjoy it on the go.
