Spinach Tambuli is a dish which is really healthy and requires only a few basic ingredients. Its a must have dish in summer season as it has ingredients to soothe ours body's heat.

Ingredients:
  • Boiled Spinach Leaves - Half Cup
  • Whisked Curd/buttermilk - Half Cup
  • Fresh Coconut - One Fourth Cup
  • Roasted Cumin seeds - 1 Spoon
  • Green Chilli -1
  • Salt & Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ghee - to temper
  • Mustard Seeds & curry leaves to temper
Instructions:
  • Grind boiled spinach, coconut, cumin seeds, black pepper, green chilli. Add some water to make grinding easy.
  • Grind the paste smooth to get a nice consistency. Keep it aside.
  • Now take a deep bowl. Add grind paste, salt & whisked curd. Mix well.
  • Heat ghee in a pan. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds. Allow it to sizzle.
  • Pour this while serving.
