Ingredients:
- Boiled Spinach Leaves - Half Cup
- Whisked Curd/buttermilk - Half Cup
- Fresh Coconut - One Fourth Cup
- Roasted Cumin seeds - 1 Spoon
- Green Chilli -1
- Salt & Black Pepper - to taste
- Ghee - to temper
- Mustard Seeds & curry leaves to temper
Instructions:
- Grind boiled spinach, coconut, cumin seeds, black pepper, green chilli. Add some water to make grinding easy.
- Grind the paste smooth to get a nice consistency. Keep it aside.
- Now take a deep bowl. Add grind paste, salt & whisked curd. Mix well.
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds. Allow it to sizzle.
- Pour this while serving.
