Sabudana Vada (Fried) Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Boiled Potatoes - 2 to 3
  • Sabudana - 1 Cup
  • Salt & Spices
  • Grounded Roasted Peanuts - Half Cup
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • For deep-frying Oil
Instructions:
  • Wash the sabudana and soak covered with water for 5 hours or overnight. Drain it.
  • Mix all - Soaked Sabudana, boiled potatoes, salt, grounded peanuts, chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves and green chillies
  • Make round vadas and fry in hot oil.
