Poha Winter Treat JaggeryJaggery contains good amounts of magnesium in it, which is excellent for keeping your intestinal health on track. You will get approximately 15 mg of magnesium if you consume 10 grams of jaggery on a regular basis, which can help your body to meet 4 per cent of its daily requirement of magnesium.

Ingredients:
- Grated Jageery - Half Cup
- Grated Roasted Coconut Powder - Half Cup
- Ghee Roasted Chopped Nuts
- Lightly Wet Poha - 1 Cup
- Water
- Cardamon Powder - 2 pinches
- Chilli Powder - A pinch
Instructions:
- Heat half cup water in a pan. Add jaggery. Let it melt. Keep stirring so that it does not stick.
- Once melted properly, switch off the gas. Add washed poha, ghee roasted nuts, cardamon powder & coconut powder. Stir it gently.
- Ready to serve.
