Jaggery contains good amounts of magnesium in it, which is excellent for keeping your intestinal health on track. You will get approximately 15 mg of magnesium if you consume 10 grams of jaggery on a regular basis, which can help your body to meet 4 per cent of its daily requirement of magnesium.

  • Grated Jageery - Half Cup
  • Grated Roasted Coconut Powder - Half Cup
  • Ghee Roasted Chopped Nuts
  • Washed Poha - 1 Cup
  • Water
  • 2 Pinch of Cardamon Powder
  • A Pinch of Chilli Powder

  1. Heat half cup water in a pan. Add jaggery. Let it melt. Keep stirring so that it does not stick.
  2. Once melted properly, switch off the gas. Add soaked poha & roasted nuts & coconut powder. Stir it gently.
  3. Ready to serve.
  4. NOTE: Don't overwash poha.
