Thandai is made with nuts and spices which give us an instant boost of energy, helps improving immunity and digestion. Thandai is a rich drink; loaded with flavors and nutrients. It helps you to be active throughout the vrat day.

Ingredients:
  • Readymade Thandai Syrup - 2 Tbsp
  • Chilled Fresh Curd - One Cup
  • Chilled Milk - Half Cup
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Ice Cubes
Instructions:
  1. Blend curd, milk, thandai syrup, vanilla ice cream, ice-cubes and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. NOTE: You can skip vanilla ice cream if you wish.
