Thandai Smoothie Recipe
Thandai is made with nuts and spices which give us an instant boost of energy, helps improving immunity and digestion. Thandai is a rich drink; loaded with flavors and nutrients. It helps you to be active throughout the vrat day.
Total Time (Minutes):
- Readymade Thandai Syrup - 2 Tbsp
- Chilled Fresh Curd - One Cup
- Chilled Milk - Half Cup
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Ice Cubes
- Blend curd, milk, thandai syrup, vanilla ice cream, ice-cubes and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour smoothie into glasses.
- Serve immediately.
- NOTE: You can skip vanilla ice cream if you wish.
