Ingredients:
- Chilled milk - Third Fourth Cup
- Soaked almonds, peeled - 4
- Soaked dates, deseeded and chopped - 2
- One scoop vanilla ice-cream (Optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, add the deseeded dates, almonds and 2 spoon chilled milk.
- Blend until the dates are well combined and smooth. Add the remaining milk and vanilla ice-cream. Blend until frothy.
- Taste and adjust consistency by adding milk to thin the shake or ice-cream to thicken or sweeten it.
- Ready to enjoy.
