Ingredients:
  • Chopped carrots - 1 Cup
  • Sliced banana - 1
  • Curd - Half Cup
  • Chilled Milk - Half Cup
  • Few Diced pineapple
  • Few toasted walnuts
  • Some more toasted crushed walnuts for garnishing
  • Two pinches of nutmeg & cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Pour these ingredients to blender: carrots, banana, curd, pineapple, walnuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Blend until smooth & creamy. Now add milk & blend once again.
  • Serve immediately topped with some toasted crushed walnuts.
