Ingredients:
- Chopped carrots - 1 Cup
- Sliced banana - 1
- Curd - Half Cup
- Chilled Milk - Half Cup
- Few Diced pineapple
- Few toasted walnuts
- Some more toasted crushed walnuts for garnishing
- Two pinches of nutmeg & cinnamon
Instructions:
- Pour these ingredients to blender: carrots, banana, curd, pineapple, walnuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Blend until smooth & creamy. Now add milk & blend once again.
- Serve immediately topped with some toasted crushed walnuts.
