Figs are rich in fiber, magnesium, manganese, vitamin B6, potassium, and calcium. They promote bone density and lower blood pressure. Figs contain phenol, omega-3, and omega-6 fatty acids that aid in improving health.

Ingredients:
  • Soaked Figs/Anjeer - 1/2 cup
  • Banana - 1
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Few Ice cubes
Instructions:

  1. Add soaked figs, banana, ice cubes and blend it into smooth paste.
  2. Then add milk to it and blend it again.
  3. Adjust milkshake consistency according to yours taste.
  4. Serve it chilled.
