Sprouts Curry Recipe
Curd Salad and Sprouts CurriesYou want to eat those nutritious sprouts, loaded with proteins, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, but you find them so dry to eat, solution for this is to make "Sprouts Curry". It’s also perfectly customizable, meaning you can add with any type of gravy (curd/tomato) seasoning/spices you want.

Ingredients:
- Mix Sprouts Blanched/Steamed - 1 Cup
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Gram Flour - 3 spoon
- Ginger & Green Chilli Paste
- Salt & spices- To Taste
- Oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk all these ingredients (curd, besan, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder) until smooth & lump free. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, ginger & green chilli paste and saute.
- Now add whisked batter (made in first step). Stir it continuously, till it comes to a boil.
- Cook it on low flame till it gets thicken & change color. Keep stirring in between.
- When thickens, add sprouts & cook for five minute.
- Serve with chpaati/paratha/rice.
- NOTE: You can temper it with mustard seeds & curry leaves too in the end.
