Ingredients:
- Soya Granules - Half Cup
- Milk - 2 Cup
- Sugar - 3 to 4 Tbsp
- Chopped Nuts - to garnish
- Cornflour Slurry - 1 Spoon cornflour dissolved in 1 tbsp water
Instructions:
- Heat one cup water in a sauce pan. Turn off the flame. Add soya granules. keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Drain them using colander & wash under running water.
- Heat milk in a sauce pan. Bring it to boil. Keep stirring it. Add soya granules, sugar & cornflour slurry.
- Cook on medium flame. Keep stirring. It will start to thicken after adding slurry.
- Add chopped nuts. Refrigerate for half an hour & enjoy chilled.
