Soya kheer is a great meal to include in the diet to help with weight gain.

  • Soya Granules - Half Cup
  • Milk - 2 Cup
  • Sugar - 3 to 4 Tbsp
  • Chopped Nuts - to garnish
  • Cornflour Slurry - 1 Spoon cornflour dissolved in 1 tbsp water
  1. Heat one cup water in a sauce pan. Turn off the flame. Add soya granules. keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain them using colander & wash under running water.
  3. Heat milk in a sauce pan. Bring it to boil. Keep stirring it. Add soya granules, sugar & cornflour slurry.
  4. Cook on medium flame. Keep stirring. It will start to thicken after adding slurry.
  5. Add chopped nuts. Refrigerate for half an hour & enjoy chilled.
