Ingredients:
- Peeled & Grated Sweet Potato - 1 Cup
- Milk - 3 Cup
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Dry fruits- 2 tbsp
- Kesar/saffron strings
Instructions:
- Heat milk in a sauce pan. Keep stirring it to avoid burning.
- When milk get one boil, slow the flame and add grated sweet potato. Cook it til sweet potatoes are tender.
- Add sugar. Cook for 15 minutes more. Keep stirring.
- Add chopped dry fruits and kesar/saffron strings. Cook for 5 minute. Enjoy it hot.
