Shakarkandi Rabdi is a perfect sweet to enjoy on any festival/winter day. It’s a gluten free or no grain kheer so can be eaten in vrat also.

  • Peeled & Grated Sweet Potato - 1 Cup
  • Milk - 3 Cup
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp
  • Chopped Dry fruits- 2 tbsp
  1. Heat milk in a sauce pan. Keep stirring it to avoid burning.
  2. When milk get one boil, add grated sweet potato. Cook it til sweet potatoes are tender.
  3. Add sugar. Cook for 15 minutes more. Keep stirring.
  4. Add chopped dry fruits. Cook for 5 minute. Enjoy it hot.
