Ingredients:
- Ragi Flour - 1 Cup
- Water - 1.5 Cup
- Salt - Half Teaspoon
Instructions:
- Roast ragi flour in a pan on medium flame. Keep stirring regularly to avoid burning. Take out in a plate.
- Now boil water in a saucepan. Add salt & stir. Make sure, water is very hot.
- Add it to little by little to the roasted flour. Mix well to combine & make a soft dough.
- Fill dough in the idiyappam press. Grease the idli plate with a drop of oil.
- Press the dough when the dough is still hot. Press the idiyappam strings onto idli plates.
- Steam the idiyappam for 10 minutes.
