Ingredients:
  • Whisked Chilled Curd - 1 Cup
  • Dry Roasted Puffed Rice - Half Cup
  • Grated Cucumbers - Half Cup
  • Chopped Roasted Nuts - 2 Tbsp
  • Mix of Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 Spoon
  • Few Curry Leaves - 3 to 5
  • Oil - Half Spoon
  • Salt & spice
  • Water
Instructions:
  • Add roasted puffed rice in chilled whisked curd.
  • Add grated cucumber & dry roasted nuts. Mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Temper curry leaves, cumin & mustard seeds. Add salt, garam masala.
  • Pour this over the bowl mixture. Mix it. Ready to enjoy.
