Ingredients:
- Soaked & Drained Poha - 1 Cup
- Chopped Spinach - 1 Cup
- Chickpea Flour - 1 Cup
- Ginger & green Chilli Paste - 1 Spoon
- Carom Seeds - Half Spoon
- Fenugreek Leaves - 2 Spoon
- Red Chilli Crushed - Half Spoon
- Turmeric Powder - One Fourth Spoon
- Salt - One Third Spoon
- Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Oil to fry
Instructions:
- Take a big bowl. Add all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Mix well all these dry ingredients.
- Now heat 2 tbsp oil & pour over dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients by spoon.
- Mix all these ingredients well by hands. Knead a dough. If it sticks to your hands, grease hands using oil/besan.
- Pinch some lemon size dough. Press it between your palms.
- Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry them in medium hot oil. Take out on a plate. Enjoy with coriander chutney.
