Ingredients:
- Bread - 2 Slices
- Chopped Spinach - 1 Tbsp
- Chopped Onion - 1 Spoon
- Grated/Crumbled Paneer - 2 Spoon
- Salt, Black Pepper & Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - To Taste
- Butter
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pan, add onion & saute well.
- Add spinach & paneer. Saute well as mixture should be free from water.
- Add Salt, Black Pepper & Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - To Taste and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Apply some butter on a bread slice, spread the mixture over it. Cover it with other bread slice. Grill this sandwich in a griller.
