Palak Paneer Sandwich Recipe

Spinach is a rich source of minerals, and it is particularly high in vitamin K1 and carotenoid vitamin A precursors. Spinach is a rich source of manganese and magnesium, and it contains a range of other minerals in small to moderate amounts.

Ingredients:
  • Bread - 2 Slices
  • Chopped Spinach - 1 Tbsp
  • Chopped Onion - 1 Spoon
  • Grated/Crumbled Paneer - 2 Spoon
  • Salt, Black Pepper & Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - To Taste
  • Butter - 2 Spoon
Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 spoon butter in a non-stick pan, add onion & saute well.
  2. Add spinach and saute for one minute. Add paneer, mix well and cook for two minutes. Saute well as mixture should be free from water.
  3. Add Salt, Black Pepper & Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - To Taste and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  4. Apply some butter on a bread slice, spread the mixture over it. Cover it with other bread slice.
  5. Grill this sandwich in a griller. Serve hot.
