Ingredients:
  • Bread - 2 Slices
  • Chopped Spinach - 1 Tbsp
  • Chopped Onion - 1 Spoon
  • Grated/Crumbled Paneer - 2 Spoon
  • Salt, Black Pepper & Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - To Taste
  • Butter
Instructions:
  • Heat butter in a pan, add onion & saute well.
  • Add spinach & paneer. Saute well as mixture should be free from water.
  • Add Salt, Black Pepper & Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - To Taste and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  • Apply some butter on a bread slice, spread the mixture over it. Cover it with other bread slice. Grill this sandwich in a griller.
