1 tablespoon of oats
2 tablespoons of milk
pinch of salt
a handful of spinach
half a teaspoon of oil
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add oats, milk and a pinch of salt. Whisk until combined.
Add the oil and spinach in a pan.
Stir the spinach until it's partially wilted.
Add the egg and oat mixture to the pan with spinach.
