Oats Egg Toast Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Egg - 1
  • Oats - 2 Tbsp
  • Milk - 1 Tbsp
  • A pinch of salt
  • A handful of spinach
  • Oil - 1 spoon
Instructions:
  • Egg and oat mixture - Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add oats, milk and a pinch of salt. Whisk until combined.
  • Add oil and spinach in a pan. Stir the spinach until it's partially wilted.
  • Add the egg and oat mixture in the pan. Cook it well
  • Serve with toasted bread.
