- Egg - 1
- Oats - 2 Tbsp
- Milk - 1 Tbsp
- A pinch of salt
- A handful of spinach
- Oil - 1 spoon
- Egg and oat mixture - Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add oats, milk and a pinch of salt. Whisk until combined.
- Add oil and spinach in a pan. Stir the spinach until it's partially wilted.
- Add the egg and oat mixture in the pan. Cook it well
- Serve with toasted bread.
