Ingredients:
- Dressing
- Olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- Minced Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Dried oregano - 2 Spoon
- Lemon juice - 3 Spoon
- Cumin powder - Half Spoon
- Chilli flakes - One Fourth Spoon
- For Salad
- Few Roughly Chopped Lettuce Leaves
- Chopped Tomatoes - 3
- Boiled/steamed Corn - One Cup
- Boiled Kidney Beans - Half Cup
Instructions:
- In a big glass bowl, add minced garlic, olive oil, coriander leaves, dried oregano, lemon juice, cumin powder and chilli flakes. Whisk all the ingredients very well.
- Add lettuce leaves, tomatoes, corn, tomatoes in the same bowl. Toss all ingredients very well.
- Ready to enjoy.
