Methi Tomato Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Finely Chopped Methi/Fenugreek Leaves - 2 cups
- Finely Chopped Tomatoes - 1
- Asafoetida/Hing - A pinch
- Turmeric Powder - 2 Pinches
- Red Chilli Powder - One Fourth Spoon
- Coriander Powder - Half Spoon
- Ginger Paste - One Fourth Spoon
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil
Instructions:
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and saute them.
- Add ginger & saute well. Add finely chopped tomatoes and roast them well. Mash tomatoes properly.
- Add finely chopped fenugreek leaves, salt, stir an cook fenugreek leaves for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.
- Take 2 cups of Wheat and add water to knead the dough as soft as regular paratha's dough.
- Let dough rest for 15 minutes. Take a dough lump, make a round loi and coat it with dry flour.
- Roll this evenly to a paratha.
