Ingredients:
- Makka Aata - 1 Cup
- Thinly Sliced Onion - 2
- Salt & Spices - To Taste
- Coriander Leaves
- Chopped Green Chillies - Optional
- Water to make batter
- Mustard Oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix makka aata, sliced onion, chillies, chopped coriander leaves, salt & spices.
- Add water, make a smooth batter (Neither Thick, Not Runny One).
- Heat mustard oil in a Kdhai. When oil is hot enough, reduce it to medium flame.
- Now drop one spoon batter in the kdhai. Drop 8 to 10 pkoras at a time. Do not overcrowd.
- When they look slightly cooked then flip them. Fry them till they turn crisp.
