Makka Mooli Paratha Recipe
Paratha Radish Cornmeal FlourMakka Mooli Paratha is a specialty of the winter as makka flour & mooli, both are winter season ingredients. It is the best and most tasty paratha you can have during winter. Any side dish, like raita, jeera aloo, peas curry goes well with it.

Ingredients:
- Makki ka atta - 1 Cup
- Grated Squeezed Mooli - 1 Cup
- Salt & Spices
- Carrom seeds
- Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
- Oil/Ghee to cook
Instructions:
- In a large bowl assemble all the ingredients except oil/ghee.
- Start kneading. Add water gradually (do not pour all at once) to knead dough as mooli release water.
- Knead well. Now divide the dough into equal portions.
- Dust chkla with some maize flour. Roll each portion into thin disc.
- Cook on hot tava until brown and cooked through. Use ghee/oil to cook. Mustard oil is best.
