Palak Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Chopped Spinach - 4 Cup
  • Corn Kernels - 2 Cup
  • Oil - 2 Spoon
  • Oregano
  • Salt
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add spinach. Saute spinach for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add corn & mix well. Add salt, oregano.
  3. Saute for 2-3 minutes more to dry it. Serve hot with toasted bread.
