Palak Corn Salad Recipe

  • Chopped Spinach - 4 Cup
  • Corn Kernels - 2 Cup
  • Oil - 2 Spoon
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add spinach. Saute spinach for 2 minutes.
  • Now add corn & mix well. Add salt, oregano.
  • Saute for 2-3 minutes more to dry it. Serve hot with toasted bread.
