Ingredients:
- Green Beans - One Cup Cut into Halves
- Dry Roasted Sesame Seeds - 3 to 4 Spoon
- Sliced Onion - 2 Tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 Spoon
- Tomato Sauce - 1 Spoon
- Corn flour - 2 Spoon
- Lemon Juice - 2 Spoon
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Water
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add green beans & Sliced Onion, saute them well.
- Cover for five minutes to soften them. Keep stirring. Do not overcook. Add salt & pepper. Mix it.
- Take them out in a bowl. Mix 2 spoon water, 2 spoon cornflour, 1 spoon tomato sauce, 1 spoon soya sauce in a bowl.
- Pour this in the pan, it will start to get thicken as you cook it. Once thicken, add green beans & onion. Stir & mix well. All green beans should get coating of this mixture.
- In the end, add roasted sesame seeds, lemon juice & stir again. Check salt & pepper. If required, add more.
- NOTE - you can add garlic too.
