A chilled fruit custard is creamy, delicious made of fresh fruits. It is refreshing and healthy in hot summer.

Total Time (Minutes): 20
  • 1 Tbsp Custard Powder (Flavour of your choice)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • As needed Water
  • Honey -1 spoon
  • 1/2 Apple, chopped
  • 1 Small Banana, chopped
  • Few Grapes, chopped
  • OR add fruit of yours choice

  1. Boil milk in a deep pan.
  2. Meanwhile, in another small bowl put custard powder and add sugar to it.
  3. Pour some water to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Add this mixture to boiled milk. Mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.
  5. Bring the mix to simmer.
  6. Take care not to let the bottom burn so keep stirring continuously for 3-4 mins.
  7. When its texture is thick.
  8. Remove from stove and let the custard get warm. (Don't add fruits in hot custard)
  9. Take chopped apple, banana and grapes or fruit of your choice and put it in the custard.
  10. Drizzle honey all over and toss well.
  11. Cling wrap the bowl and refrigerate till it is time to serve.
