- Shredded Cabbage - Half Cup
- Shredded Carrot - Half Cup
- Roasted Sesame Seeds - 2 Spoon
- Olive Oil- 1 Spoon
- Lemon Juice - 1 Spoon
- One Fourth Cup Crushed Roasted Peanuts
- In a wide glass bowl, add cabbage, carrot.
- Whisk oilive oil, lemon juice, peanut butter in a bowl.
- Pour it over cabbage carrot. Last add sesame seeds & crushed peanuts.
- Stir well & enjoy.
