Ingredients:
  • Half cup boiled corn
  • Half cup Steamed Broccoli
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper -To Taste
  • Creamy yogurt-Optional
Instructions:

  1. Place boiled corn & steamed broccoli in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. (You can add chia seeds, creamy yogurt too)
  3. Toss well and serve it when chilled.
