  1. Boil the corn & drain them.

  2. Cut up broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces, leaving just a little stem.

  3. Steam the florets till tender.

  4. Place all the ingredients in a bowl.

  5. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. (You can add chia seeds, creamy yogurt too)

  6. Toss well and serve.
