Besan Methi Paratha Recipe
Paratha Fenugreek Gram FlourIt is from chickpeas that besan comes about, and it is rich with nutrients and fiber. The besan flour or gram flour is one of the most beneficial, on the grounds that it is produced using beats stacked with proteins and a considerable measure of other imperative supplements.

Note: Using mustard oil enhance the taste. But you can use any other oil too.

Ingredients:
- Besan - 1 Cup
- Wheat flour - Half Cup
- Chopped Methi Leaves - 1 Cup
- Salt & Spices to taste
- Ginger,green chillies paste
- Mustard Oil or Ghee
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (wheat flour, besan, chill powder, turmeric, methi, salt, ginger, green chillies paste).
- Knead a semi soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it in small ball.
- Dust it in little dry wheat flour. Using a rolling pin, roll it.
- Heat a tava or griddle and cook paratha on medium flame, using oil.
