- Shredded Carrot - 1 Cup
- Shredded Beetroot - 1 Cup
- Dry Roasted Sesame Seeds (optional) - 4 Spoon
- Soya Sauce - 1 Spoon
- Cornflour - 2 Spoon
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 Spoon
- Salt & Black Pepper - To Taste
- Olive Oil - 1 Spoon
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add shredded carrots & beetroot. Saute them. Do not overcook.
- Now mix 4 spoon water, cornflour, soya sauce, ketchup in a bowl.
- Add this mixture & little salt, black pepper & dry roasted sesame seeds over sauteed shredded carrots & beetroots. Stir well.
