Ingredients:
  • Shredded Carrot - 1 Cup
  • Shredded Beetroot - 1 Cup
  • Dry Roasted Sesame Seeds (optional) - 4 Spoon
  • Soya Sauce - 1 Spoon
  • Cornflour - 2 Spoon
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 Spoon
  • Salt & Black Pepper - To Taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 Spoon
Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add shredded carrots & beetroot. Saute them. Do not overcook.
  2. Now mix 4 spoon water, cornflour, soya sauce, ketchup in a bowl.
  3. Add this mixture & little salt, black pepper & dry roasted sesame seeds over sauteed shredded carrots & beetroots. Stir well.
