  • 1 Banana
  • Curd - Half Cup
  • Chopped Raw Spinach - Half Cup
  • Chilled Water/Milk

  1. Blend spinach, curd together.
  2. Slice the banana and put that into the blender too.
  3. Blend for about 1 to 2 minutes. If the mixture seems too thick to blend, add water/milk accordingly.
  4. Ready to enjoy
