  • Chilled Milk - 2 Tbsp
  • Curd - Half Cup
  • Chopped Frozen Peaches - Half Cup
  • Chopped Strawberries - Half Cup
  • Whey Protein powder - 2 Tbsp
  • Few ice cubes

  1. Blend milk, curd, protein powder, ice cubes.
  2. Add 4 Spoon chopped fruits & blend again.
  3. Now add rest of the fruits, stir ( do not blend), Pour into glasses & serve.
