Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ⅛ tsp powdered ginger
  • 2 tsp whey protein powder
  • 3 ice cubes
Instructions:

  1. Blend together liquid ingredients (milk, yogurt) and protein powder.
  2. Add fruits n blend.
  3. Add ice & serve chilled.
