  • 1 Banana
  • 3 Tbsp oats
  • Maple syrup/honey- to taste
  • few ice cubes

  1. Put everything in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add 3 or 4 ice cubes to the mix.
  3. Ready to serve!
