Melon and Ginger Lassi Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup melon, chopped
  • Half cup Water
  • Few Ice Cubes
  • Half cup Curd
  • Grated Ginger
  • Mint leaves
Instructions:

  1. Blend together melon, water, ice and curd. Then add the ginger & mint leaves and blend again.
  2. Pour the lassi into glasses and serve immediately.
