Shakes Mango Summer Treat

Scorching Summer is here here and so is the season of Chilled Mango Shake here to save us. Mango has generous amounts of vitamin C and vitamin A along with 25 different kinds of carotenoids that help keep the immune system healthy and strong.

It also saves you from heat stroke during summer.

Ingredients:
  • Mango Cubes - Half Cup
  • Chilled Milk - 1.5 Cup
  • Sugar - To taste (depends on mango sweetness)
  • Few ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Blend mango cubes, half cup milk, sugar in a blender for few seconds. (We add less milk at this stage so that no lump of mango is left after blending)
  • Once blended well, add ice cubes, rest of the milk & blend for few more seconds.
  • Pour into glasses & ready to serve.
  • NOTE: Add sugar according to the sweetness of mangoes.
  • While serving, you can top up glass with mango/vanila icecream/chopped dry fruits/mango cubes.
