Mango lassi is a refreshing sweetener that helps to cool down the body and prevent harm from overheating. The generous amounts of vitamin C and vitamin A in mangoes, plus 25 different kinds of carotenoids keep your immune system healthy and strong.

- Curd - 1 Cup
- Chilled Water - One Fourth Cup
- Sugar - To Taste - Optional
- Chopped Mango - One Fourth Cup
- Some Chopped Mango For garnishing
- Few Ice Cubes
- Place 2 spoon curd, chopped mangoes, sugar (Optional) and blend until smooth & lump free.
- Now add rest of the curd, chilled water & ice cubes. Blend again for 10 seconds.
- Serve it with chopped mangoes garnishing.
