Lemon Turmeric Chia Smoothie Recipe

 A healthy breakfast drink made with bananas, fresh lemon zest, curd, chia seeds and turmeric!

  • Bananas frozen, cut into pieces - 1
  • Curd - 1 Cup
  • Milk - Half Cup
  • Honey to Taste
  • Lemon zest - 2 Spoon
  • Turmeric - Half Spoon
  • Chia seeds - 3 Tbsp

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in a blender
  2. Blend mixture until it is completely smooth. Pour into glasses
  3. Add chia seeds and stir well.
  4. Let chia seed soak up & give you good gelatin consistency.
