Ingredients:
- Bananas frozen, cut into pieces - 1
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Milk - Half Cup
- Honey to Taste
- Lemon zest - 2 Spoon
- Turmeric - Half Spoon
- Chia seeds - 3 Tbsp
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in a blender
- Blend mixture until it is completely smooth. Pour into glasses
- Add chia seeds and stir well.
- Let chia seed soak up & give you good gelatin consistency.
