Lemon Turmeric Chia Smoothie Recipe

 A healthy breakfast drink made with bananas, fresh lemons, curd, chia seeds and turmeric!

Total Time (Minutes): 20
Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas frozen, cut into pieces
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • Half Cup Milk
  • Honey to Taste
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients, except for the chia seeds, in a large blender or food processor.
  2. Blend mixture until it is completely smooth.
  3. Add chia seeds and stir for 10 seconds.
  4. Let chia seed soak up & give you good gelatin consistency.
