Ingredients:
  • Chopped Raw Spinach - 1.5 Cup
  • Chopped Apple - 1 Small Bowl
  • Curd - Half Cup
  • Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 Spoon
  • Minced Fresh Ginger - 3 tbsp
  • Honey - 2 spoon
  • Few Ice Cubes
Instructions:
  • In a blender, add curd, apple, spinach, ginger. Blend all of these ingredients very well.
  • Blend until smooth. Now add honey, lemon juice, ice cubes. Stir well.
  • Ready to enjoy.
