Spinach is high in vitamin A which helps our skin and mucous membranes to repel various kinds of bacteria and viruses effectively. Moreover, this vitamin is necessary for sebum production to keep hair moisturised. Vitamin A is good for the growth of all bodily tissues, including skin and hair.So load up on more greens to reduce the risk of hair loss and infections.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp seeds of your choice (like sunflower,chia,flax)
  • 3 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions:

  1. In a blender,add all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve chilled
