Ingredients:
- Chopped Raw Spinach - 1.5 Cup
- Chopped Apple - 1 Small Bowl
- Curd - Half Cup
- Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 Spoon
- Minced Fresh Ginger - 3 tbsp
- Honey - 2 spoon
- Few Ice Cubes
Instructions:
- In a blender, add curd, apple, spinach, ginger. Blend all of these ingredients very well.
- Blend until smooth. Now add honey, lemon juice, ice cubes. Stir well.
- Ready to enjoy.
