Spinach is high in vitamin A which helps our skin and mucous membranes to repel various kinds of bacteria and viruses effectively. Moreover, this vitamin is necessary for sebum production to keep hair moisturised. Vitamin A is good for the growth of all bodily tissues, including skin and hair.

So load up on more greens to reduce the risk of hair loss and infections.


  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 1/2 cup ice cubes until smooth


  1. In a blender, puree 2 cups packed baby spinach, 1 chopped apple, 3/4 cup coconut water, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 2 Tbsp hemp seeds, 2 to 3 tsp minced fresh ginger, 1 tsp raw honey, and 1 1/2 cups ice cubes until smooth and serve.
