Cucumber Avocado Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Ripen Avocado cut into cubes - 1.5 Cup
  • Cucumber Chunks - 1 Cup
  • Half cup cream
  • Minced Garlic clove - 1
  • Few Mint Leaves
  • Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Few ice cubes
Instructions:
  1. Blend avacado cubes, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and mint leaves in a blender. Blend all of them very well.
  2. Take it out in serving bowls. Add few ice cubes as well to cool it & retain the color of the avacados.
  3. Pour out in a bowl and add in cream, salt and pepper. Serve immediate.
