Soup Cucumber Summer Treat Avocado

Avocados are loaded with nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B, vitamin E, and vitamin A. Avocados & Cucumber are also a good source of dietary fiber, which helps reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity.

Ingredients:
  • Ripen Avocado cut into cubes - 1.5 Cup
  • Cucumber Chunks - 1 Cup
  • Half cup cream
  • Minced Garlic clove - 1
  • Few Mint Leaves
  • Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Few ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Blend avacado cubes, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and mint leaves in a blender. Blend all of them very well.
  • Take it out in serving bowls. Add few ice cubes as well to cool it & retain the color of the avacados.
  • Pour out in a bowl and add in cream, salt and pepper. Serve immediate.
