Ingredients:
- Chunks of 1 Banana
- Grated Fresh Tender Coconut - 6 Spoon
- Vanila Ice cream - 4 Scoop
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
Instructions:
- Add sugar, little water in a pan & cook it on low flame to make sugar syrup.
- Keep stirring untill sugar melts. (be careful as it will be very hot while sugar melting)
- Add chopped banana pieces, mix thoroughly and cook it for 1 min and transfer into a bowl. Keep it aside. Let it cool.
- Take a glass, make first layer of banana sugar syrup mixture, second layer of grated fresh tender coconut, then again third layer of banana sugar syrup mixture and last layer is of Vanila icecream.
- Serve with straw & spoon
