This Banana Coconut Milkshake is healthy and delicious and if you are a fan of coconut this one is for you.

  • Banana - 1
  • Grated Coconut or fresh tender coconut- 1/2 cup
  • Full cream milk - 1 cup
  • Ice cubes - few
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoons

  1. Put a pan on low flame and add sugar, little water and mix it
  2. When the sugar syrup is formed, add banana pieces and mix thoroughly and cook it for 1 min and transfer into a bowl,banana sugar syrup is ready so keep it aside.Let it cool.
  3. Take a glass, first layer should be of coconut, then second layer of banana sugar syrup mixture and third later is of crushed ice.
  4. Now pour the milk.
  5. Serve. Garnishing with coconut flakes is optional.
