Ingredients:
  • 1¼ cup light soy milk
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:

  1. Combine 1 cup of the milk, the blueberries, banana, sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add more milk if a thinner smoothie is desired.
