  • Soy Protein Powder - 4 Spoon
  • Blueberries - Half Cup
  • Banana, sliced - 1
  • Curd - 1 Cup
  • Honey - 2 Spoon
  • Vanilla Essence - 4 to 6 drops
Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients very well in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add some milk if a thinner smoothie is desired.
