Apple Nutty Shake Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Chopped apple - 1 Cup
  • Few Almonds
  • Few Ice cubes
  • Sugar - 2 spoon - Optional
  • Milk - 1.5 Cup
  • Two pinches of cinnamon
Instructions:

  1. Add apple chunks, almonds, sugar, little milk, two pinches of cinnamon to a blender jar. Blend until smooth. (If we add full milk at blending then apple will not get blend properly)
  2. Once it is in puree form (no lump), add the remaining milk, ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Pour into serving glasses immediately & enjoy.
  4. NOTE: You can add vanilla icecream too if you want it creamy.
