Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp. pecans
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • few ice cubes
Instructions:

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately .
