Apple Pecan Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
  • Chopped apple - 1 Cup
  • Chilled Curd - Half Cup
  • Oats - One Fourth Cup
  • Chilled milk - Optional
  • Pecans - 2 Tbsp
  • Two pinches of cinnamon & nutmeg
  • Honey - 2 Spoon
  • Dry roasted & crushed pecans
Instructions:
  1. Blend curd, honey, apple, oats, pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  2. Blend until smooth & creamy. Add some chilled milk if its very thick, according to the consistency you want to keep. Blend once again.
  3. Serve immediately with garnishing of dry roasted abd crushed pecans.
