Ingredients:
- Spinach Puree - One Fourth Cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
- Grated Paneer
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Oil
- Water
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add spinach puree, wheat flour, salt & pepper. Make a smooth & lump free batter using water. Add water gradually.
- Now heat a non stick tawa. Grease it with oil.
- Pour a ladeful batter on tava. Spread it evenly. Cover it with lid and cook in low heat for a minute.
- Pour few drops of oil & cook. Once cooked from lower side, flip the chilla to cook from other side. Pour some oil again.
- Sprinkle grated paneer on one side of the chilla & enjoy.
