Wheat Spinach Chilla is an easy and healthy dosa recipe. Made with spinach, this protein rich preparation is the best thing to have in breakfast.

  • Spinach Puree - One Fourth Cup
  • Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  • Grated Paneer
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Oil
  • Water

  1. In a mixing bowl, add spinach puree, wheat flour, salt & pepper. Make a smooth & lump free batter using water. Add water gradually.
  2. Now heat a non stick tawa. Grease it with oil.
  3. Pour a ladeful batter on tava. Spread it evenly. Cover it with lid and cook in low heat for a minute.
  4. Pour few drops of oil & cook. Once cooked from lower side, flip the chilla to cook from other side. Pour some oil again.
  5. Sprinkle grated paneer on one side of the chilla & enjoy.
