Wheat Spinach Chilla is an easy and healthy dosa recipe. Made with spinach, this protein rich preparation is the best thing to have in breakfast.

  • 1/4 cup Spinach Puree
  • 1 Cup wheat Flour
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Oil
  • Water

  1. In a mixing bowl add spinach puree, flour,salt & pepper. Make chilla batter using water.
  2. The consistency of the batter should be like dosa batter.
  3. Now heat a griddle or tawa. Grease with little oil.
  4. Spoon 1 big spoonful /or 2 tablespoon of batter to hot tawa and shape as a round thin chilla.
  5. Cover and cook in low heat for 1 minute.
  6. Carefully flip the chilla to cook from both sides.
  7. You can add 1or 2 tablespoon of paneer stuffing to one side of the chilla too.
