Cheesy Veg Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
- Boiled Pasta - 1 Cup
- Minced Garlic - 1 Spoon
- Olive Oil/Butter
- Sweet corn - 1 Tbsp
- Capsicum thinly sliced - Half Cup
- Chopped Spinach - Half Cup - If available
- Salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano - to taste
- Mozzarella cheese - Half Cup
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic & saute it.
- Now add thinly sliced all veggies & saute well. Make sure not to overcook them.
- Now add boiled pasta. Mix all of them well. Add Salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano.
- Last, grate cheese over the pasta & cook for 1 minute covered on low flame. Serve hot.
