Ingredients:
  • Chopped Boiled potatoes - 2
  • Chopped onion - 1
  • Crushed peanuts – 3 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida - 1 teaspoon
  • Grate raw mango - 2 tablespoon
  • Few chopped corianders leave
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, crushed peanuts. Saute well.
  • Add chopped onion and saute. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, grated raw mango and fry
  • Add this tadka to the potatoes & season with salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
