Ingredients:
- Chopped Boiled potatoes - 2
- Chopped onion - 1
- Crushed peanuts – 3 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Asafoetida - 1 teaspoon
- Grate raw mango - 2 tablespoon
- Few chopped corianders leave
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, crushed peanuts. Saute well.
- Add chopped onion and saute. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, grated raw mango and fry
- Add this tadka to the potatoes & season with salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
