4 Large Tomatoes

Cut the tomatoes in half. Scoop out the pulp in a bowl. Brush the tomatoes with olive oil from outside.
Mix well bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder,olive oil, scooped out pulp in a bowl.
Stuff tomatoes with this mixture.
Place the filled tomatoes on a cookie sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender and the stuffing is golden brown.
OR you can cook them on low flame in appe or normal pan.
