Ingredients:
  • 4 Large Tomatoes
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Grated Cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive Oil
Instructions:
  • Cut the tomatoes in half. Scoop out the pulp in a bowl. Brush tomatoes with olive oil from outside.
  • Mix well (Bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, scooped out pulp) in a bowl. Stuff tomatoes with this mixture.
  • Place the filled tomatoes on a cookie sheet. Bake or cook in appe pan for 15 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender and the stuffing is golden brown.
