Spring Onion Paratha is a filling option for breakfast and its quick to make too.

Ingredients:
  • Wheat Flour (Aata) - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - half cup
  • Spring onions (chopped) - ½ cup
  • Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - as required
  • You can add mashed potato too in dough.
Instructions:

  1. In bowl, add wheat flour,salt,chopped spring onion,chilli powder,few drops of oil and knead a slightly stiff dough with the help of water.
  2. Break dough into equal size balls. Now,roll a paratha.
  3. Cook it on hot tava by applying some oil.
  4. Serve it hot.
