Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour (Aata) - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - half cup
- Spring onions (chopped) - ½ cup
- Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Water - as required
- You can add mashed potato too in dough.
Instructions:
- In bowl, add wheat flour,salt,chopped spring onion,chilli powder,few drops of oil and knead a slightly stiff dough with the help of water.
- Break dough into equal size balls. Now,roll a paratha.
- Cook it on hot tava by applying some oil.
- Serve it hot.
