Spinach Poppy Seed Salad Recipe

Rich in iron and calcium, spinach is a go-to ingredient for healthy eating.

  • 2 cup fresh baby chopped spinach
  • Few sauteed mushroom slice
  • 1 teaspoon roasted poppy seeds
  • 1.5 to 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Vinegar- 5 Spoon
  • Sliced Onion

  1. Salad--In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, sliced onion, sauteed mushroom slices & poppy seeds.
  2. Seasoning--Place vinegar, sugar, salt,pepper,oil in blender & blend.Salad seasoning is ready.
  3. Drizzle this seasoning over the salad.
  4. Taste best when chilled.
