- 2 cup fresh baby chopped spinach
- Few sauteed mushroom slice
- 1 teaspoon roasted poppy seeds
- 1.5 to 2 tablespoon sugar
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Vinegar- 5 Spoon
- Sliced Onion
Instructions:
- Salad--In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, sliced onion, sauteed mushroom slices & poppy seeds.
- Seasoning--Place vinegar, sugar, salt,pepper,oil in blender & blend.Salad seasoning is ready.
- Drizzle this seasoning over the salad.
- Taste best when chilled.
