Ingredients:
- Spinach - 1 Cup
- Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas) , soaked overnight and cooked - Half Cup
- Tahini - 2Tbsp - Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds.
- Cumin seeds - 1 Spoon
- Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 Spoon
- Salt - 1 Spoon
- Few Sprig of coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Pressure cook soaked chickpeas til they are mashy.
- In a mixer, add all ingredients to your food processor, and then turn it on and process for a minute or until they whip up into a creamy paste.
- Serve this spinach hummus with breads, pasta, rolls, sandwich and baked chips.
