Spinach Hummus Recipe

Spinach Hummus made with real and healthy ingredients is an incredible spread. Enjoy it with baked chips or use it as a spread on sandwiches/rolls.

Ingredients:
  • Spinach - 1 Cup
  • Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas) , soaked overnight and cooked - Half Cup
  • Tahini - 2Tbsp - Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds.
  • Cumin seeds - 1 Spoon
  • Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Spoon
  • Salt - 1 Spoon
  • Few Sprig of coriander leaves
Instructions:
  1. Pressure cook soaked chickpeas til they are mashy.
  2. In a mixer, add all ingredients to your food processor, and then turn it on and process for a minute or until they whip up into a creamy paste.
  3. Serve this spinach hummus with breads, pasta, rolls, sandwich and baked chips.
