- 6 Springroll sheet
- Half cup thawed spinach
- Minced Garlic
- Mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven.
- Arrange the sheets in a muffin pan then brush them lightly with butter.
- Spinach Mixture - In a glass bowl, mix all ( spinach, black pepper, little salt, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and minced garlic)
- Divide the spinach mixture evenly among the cups.
- Place cups in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts & sheets are brown.
- Serve immediate.
