Spinach Chips and Nachos

Homemade Spinach Chips are the perfect superfood to add to your diet. Spinach has many health benefits so it’s a great snacking option. Spinach is a nutrient-dense food that is low in calories but high in essential vitamins and is said to provide you with powerful antioxidant protection.

Ingredients:
  • Spinach leaves - 2 Cup
  • Few drop of extra virgin olive oil
  • Herb Seasoning
  • Salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Place spinach in a large bowl.
  • Add a few drops (only few drops, not too much) of olive oil and mix well until each leaf is lightly coated in oil.
  • Sprinkle little herb seasoning and salt.(do not add too much). Using too much salt & oil does not let it get crisp.
  • Arrange the spinach in a single layer (don't let them overlap) on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, keep a check. When done, take out the tray & let it cool.
  • Remove chips from baking sheet and enjoy!
