Ingredients:
- Spinach leaves - 2 Cup
- Few drop of extra virgin olive oil
- Herb Seasoning
- Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Place spinach in a large bowl.
- Add a few drops (only few drops, not too much) of olive oil and mix well until each leaf is lightly coated in oil.
- Sprinkle little herb seasoning and salt.(do not add too much). Using too much salt & oil does not let it get crisp.
- Arrange the spinach in a single layer (don't let them overlap) on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, keep a check. When done, take out the tray & let it cool.
- Remove chips from baking sheet and enjoy!
