Spinach Chips (Baked) Recipe

Homemade Spinach Chips are the perfect superfood to add to your diet. Spinach has many health benefits so it’s a great snacking option. Spinach is a nutrient-dense food that is low in calories but high in essential vitamins and is said to provide you with powerful antioxidant protection.

Ingredients:
  • Spinach leaves - 2 Cup
  • Few drop of extra virgin olive oil
  • Herb Seasoning
  • Salt
Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Place spinach in a large bowl.
  3. Add a few drops (only few drops, not too much) of olive oil and mix well until each leaf is lightly coated in oil.
  4. Sprinkle little herb seasoning and salt.( do not add too much). Using too much salt & oil does not let it get crisp.
  5. Arrange the spinach in a single layer (don't let them overlap) on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, keep a check. When done, take out the tray & let it cool.
  7. Remove chips from baking sheet and enjoy!
